Measure 110 decriminalized the possession of hard drugs such as meth, heroin, and fentanyl in Oregon - It's time to put an end to these leftist Portland policies. It's time we re-criminalize hard drug possession offenses. I'll be honest with you…  Measure 110 has not achieved its intended outcomes and has contributed to many challenges: Rising homelessness Fentanyl overdoses Public drug use I want to know where you stand on this issue, do you want to put an end to Measure 110?
